We do charge a call out fee of £50 during the following hours for emergency call outs only (this does not include pre-booked appointments)
Monday - Friday: 20:00 - 07:00
Saturday: After 17:00
Sunday: All Day
We have a number of methods that we attempt to gain entry to the property that do not require us to change the locks. This is used only as a last resort, however in some cases this may be the final outcome. We would discuss this with you throughout the visit.
We would request that you have some form of identification showing that you are the owner / occupier of the property, ideally photo ID or a utility bill that shows your name and address. If this isn't available this doesn't mean we won’t attend but we will look to verify when at the property via alternative methods.
We offer a fixed price that covers the cost of our attendance based on entry without the need to replace locks. We will discuss all potential outcomes and the associated costs so that you are aware and can make an informed decision.
We accept both cash and card payments.
